Title: 2006 Mk5 Jetta 2.5L ECU Swap Me7.1.1 Post by: mkxGTi on October 29, 2015, 03:08:31 PM Looking to find out which of the chips is related to immo. Generally the 8pin is the culprit but on this 7.1.1 board there's more then one...
If anyone can point it out, i'd be greatful as i'd like to get my car started again :D We will call them one(left side) two(middle bottom) pic link: http://i.imgur.com/eupNMSY.jpg (http://i.imgur.com/eupNMSY.jpg) I have one ecu, the trace burned and now won't communicate via obd but the immo still works as it recognized the key on ign on.
