Title: KFVAKL/KFBAKL, Idle and Throttle Post by: ricekikr on November 17, 2015, 05:40:24 AM KFBAKL and KFVAKL
Are they constants or multipliers KFVAKL - Larger numbers = more fuel not less right? ========== IDLE: Is there a map that dictates when the throttle starts controlling idle coming from higher rpms? My idle undershoots it's target when coming from higher Rpm (fx400 flywheel). I want the rpm to drop quickly from high rpm then drop slower around 1100rpm and settles at idle. What does target speed to prevent boiling (NSKS / NFSTMUB / NFSKS) do? Where is KFMRES/K categorized (ignition/idle/throttle etc)? I'm having difficulty finding a similar map for an ME5 ======= Throttle: Is there a throttle size multiplier or do all the airflow maps need to be replaced? Feedforward control = PID? Feedforward (open loop) is the opposite of feedback (PID) Title: Re: KFVAKL/KFBAKL, Idle and Throttle Post by: ricekikr on November 17, 2015, 11:29:25 PM Forgot to mention I'm M592
Is KFMRES/K categorized as feedforward? I probably don't have a KFMRESK since I don't have a clutch switch. I found a throttle map that could be similar Category: LLRV : A284 . 0 idle control : air feedforward (LLRV: A284. 0 Leerlaufregelung: Luftvorsteuerung) Map ID: DQSAN Air feedforward thrust Reserve dep. of speed (Luftvorsteuerung Schubreserve abh. von Drehzahl) Map size: 8 (rpm) x 1 (kg/h) Map values are all zero though Title: Re: KFVAKL/KFBAKL, Idle and Throttle Post by: dream on December 15, 2015, 07:38:51 AM I got the same issue and I am working on it to get it fixed but couldn't fix it with KFMRES so far also tried to adjust fueling at that point which turned out to be a little better.
My setup is way different from stock and the only issue that remains is that if it reaches 90 degrees I decelerate and declutch between 1250-2000rpm the engine stall most of the time. Sometimes it does lacks at +/- 600rpm and raises up to normal again. Title: Re: KFVAKL/KFBAKL, Idle and Throttle Post by: ricekikr on December 16, 2015, 06:35:57 PM Forgot to update this. Fixed mine by upping accel enrich and timing a bit at <1000rpm. Couldn't find a similiar KFMRES/K map for the M592.
