I suspect that the DIL8 chip marked 30274 is a 93C46 that holds the immobilizer data, adaptive parameters etc. Can anyone confirm this? I'm looking into make this ECU virgin. Post by: DT on November 21, 2015, 03:36:23 AM here you can see that it should be same as 30198 or 30304 but there is very little information about these too. Some google hits indicate that it might be an eeprom but nothing confirmed.
