You give the car whatever it wants...

Use a dyno or some other form of detonation sensing equipment to get as close to MBT as possible.

Asking people for advance values won't get you anywhere

I mean that anyone gives direction where to set - when stock is for ex. 19KW with 100 octane will be down or up - 18 or 20? - that i want to know ... :)

I think, there is only one method. Rise up kfzw1/2 slowly, and look at the 20 group of vagcom (knock retards). When retards start to growth, stop rise.) Yes, this is alot of flashing/testing job)

I know is not too simple ... Thank you very much for guide :) Will try this ...

Last question is about changing area - better whole map or for ex. from 2000 rpm and all load?

Make changes to logged areas and smooth it out from there. Timing should rise with RPM and drop with load.

In my experience, there in turbo-me7 very weak advance in low-rpm field. So, even in 95 octane, when i am rise low rpm (1700-3000)/ low load fields in kfzw1/2 on about 2-3 degrees, i have very strong low-end driving.

So, in your case, move from ~1500 rpm, and rise degrees.
