Title: Lambda problem 1.8T
Post by: Twin on December 08, 2015, 03:40:54 PM
I have a VW Golf 1.8T engine code ARZ With some mods:

conical air filter AEM
Dv APR R1
Audi RS4 spark plugs (NGK PFR7Q)
Coils audi r8
Forge Intercooler
Downpipe 3 "

I started changing only the maps LDRXN LDRXNZK KFLBTS, the car was good but when you have full boost lambdas are rich 0.70 or less (I have a wideband aem where I see the AFR), if you do not get full boost or go slowly lambdas are OK

KFFDLBTS put to 0 (temporarily) but keeps going like no improvement... ???

I only changed LDRXN LDRXNZK KFLBTS KFFDLBTS the rest is stock

The lambda values of the channel 32 with the engine at idle are -1.5% in the first cell and 0.8% in the second.

I need help to know why the car gets these lambdas so rich and if I have to change any file or change something.

What do i need to log?

Thanks!

Sorry

I put some logs before putting KFFDLBTS to 0, as is the lambda obtained is very rich, you need a log of any particular channel?

Please read the sticky.

Post ME7L logs, and post the complete csvs.

EGT enrichment.  But yeah, get ME7L and go from there.

Hi

KFFDLBTS put to 0 to see if it improved but continues to enrich

Now I have so KFLBTS:

as you can see the defendant richest lambda is 0.80, but ignores the ecu and enriches more

later i'm gonna log by using me7L, what variables do i nedd to log?

AIT's?  Coolant temp?  Logs?  There was a thread about this a month ago; the guy disabled everything to enable fueling to force 14.7 but it still enriched.  Worth a search.

I tried using the me7l, but I could not make it work, I keep trying ...

While trying to learn how to use the ME7L, I have a few logs with vagcom, during the logs, the AFR has oscillated between 10.3 - 10.7

vagcom not show failures, any ideas? Any help is welcome!

Thanks!

me7l gives this error when creating a file ecu:
