Title: Re: Timing Pull - Bosch control strategy Post by: vtraudt on December 12, 2015, 01:15:25 PM The knock filter looks for frequencies and amplitudes coming from the (2?) knock sensors and then determines (together with crank position sensor) the amount of retard (and for which cylinder). Very similar to misfire (just using time crank impulses).
Anyone ever overlaid 'heavy timing pull' with 'no timing pull' knock sensor voltage curves/logs? |
