Title: EDC15 AJM PD115 Advice on turbo
Post by: TurboWarrior on January 08, 2016, 03:27:32 AM
Hi guys, I'm just curious to what maps to edit to calibrate the upgraded PD130 turbo in.. My boost kicks in around 3k to 4.5k ish.. I currently have the injector to go in as well but waiting on Injector seal kit.

If there's anything else I could start tweaking as I have an over sized intercooler, 3bar Map sensor and Full straight through system.

I've increased the SVBL Boot Limter to 2400 and I've done some alteration to the boost limit map (In rpm range of 3k to 4.5k) I've only added small values to that.

check hardware.
Problebly no vacuum on turbo.
Turbo is almost no bigger as stock, should make 1 bar @ 1700 rpm.

Had to get a replacement actuator for the turbo, but could only do it by eye (rod length) so I think it needs to be shortened a little bit.. I couldn't find the proper setup for the actuator online

You need vacuum pump for rough set up.

The actuator arm must touch the min. flow set screw at -0.55bar vacuum. (Full closed)
