Title: Hello from Melbourne Australia Post by: AngryLittleOldMan on January 29, 2016, 04:26:59 PM Hello everyone, my name is Nath and i am an Audi-oholic
My problems developed recently and rapidly. Same old story really. Got a B5 A4. Good little car. Handles well. Needs more power. A shady friend introduces me to the B5 S4........What????? I literally spend 18 months looking to buy one (not a popular car here in Australia). Happy like a fat man with a donut when i finally purchase an unmodified low kilometer example (kilometers are like miles but different and more efficient). Love my new car. Wouldn't mind a new exhaust for it. Wow, note sounds good. Maybe do a K&N panel filter for it. Should replace plugs to be sure. Whats this thing called Audizine. Lurk, lurk, lurk. Stage 3, whats that???? Frankenturbos....thats a wierd name.........etc Now here i am. Shamefully hiding my Audi-diction from my friends and family, slowly gathering Stage 3 parts (life and wife getting in the way of this.....damn you bathroom renovation) and planning and scheming. On a serious note, just here to learn. I'm hella impressed by the stuff you guys are able to do on this forum. Not sure i have the balls (or the ability, as the name suggests I'm old as fuck and have limited it skills) fully tune myself but gonna dip a toe in the water and see what we see. So cheers to all and big ups to the Godfathers and creators of NefMoto, you crazy genius bastards!!!! So cheers to all and big ups to the Godfathers and creators of NefMoto, you crazy genius bastards!!!! If you're truly interested and willing to learn, you'll pick it up no bother. I work very much on the theory that if someone is good at something, it's because they're interested in it. You cannot "teach" someone who isn't interested. The desire to learn overrides the willingness. Just float about the forum. The S4Wiki is a good place to start. You won't understand a word of it at first, but you'll come back to it at least 10 times and each time you do will make more sense as you search for knowledge. |
