KFTVSA, KFNWEGM, CWSAWE

Like bobbyz0r said. those maps are for disabling the fuel cut on overrun.

There's enough info in this thread: http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=7174.0

how many negative  degrees do you write on kfzw?

IN me7.5 with -10 on 3500 and aver 0 5 on red ine is enough, but not work no med9

Don't use KFZW, use KFZWMN.

Don't use KFZW, use KFZWMN.

Can I ask why? I thought the ignition angle will follow KFZW with KFZWMN being a lower limit

The lower limit being in KFZWMN. At 6800rpm in KFZWMN, it's 15 degrees. That'll make a slight burble at best. If you set KFZW to -96, it'll still do 15.

I understand that, in mine I lowered KFZW to -20 and KFZWMN to -25. Maybe i misunderstood your post, but if you ONLY use KFZWMN, if it's lower than KFZW then it will follow KFZW, so you would need yo use both.

I tried it today in different ways on MED 9.1 - so the knowledge is, it works by just using KFZWMN. The logs shows that it follows exact the given values in KFZWMN. No need to change KFZW or KFZWOP.
I tried values like -5 , -10 , -15 , -20 , -25 , -30 deg. in the range of 2000-5500rpm, two lowest-load rows.
So my experience is, it must be at least -25 deg. to get the bangs. At -20 deg it was barely audible. With -30 deg. it´s perfect  8)
I didn´t change any fuelling. The car is cat-less with stock exhaust. Of course i changed BBSAWE for making it possibel ;)

You don´t need to touch "CWSAWE" on med9.

Without touching CWSAWE it don`t work in my file.

What do you edit?

You only don't need CWSAWE if you edit KFNWEGM to disable fuel cut. If you want fuel cut delay using KFTVSA maps while the clutch is not pressed then you need CWSAWE

Hello.

Could someone confirm if CWSAWE is at 1C5A54 in my Bin?
And if KFTVSA is at 1C5A69?

From comparing to another bin it seems like KFTVSA is at 1C5A69. But im unsure if CWSAWE is at 1C5A54.

Im finding my maps by using a (nearly?)-fully defined mappack for another Software Version of the MED9.1 . Most maps match with my file with a global -4 Offset on the mappack. But the map definitions for the overrun stuff doesnt seem to fit. After moving KFTVSA +4 bytes the content seems to be looking right but im unsure on how i validate CWSAWE. KFTVSA is a map which i can check against a file with fully defined mappack. But CWSAWE is only a 1 byte value. There are many 1 byte values with 00 as content..

Thanks in advance!
