Title: MED9.1 - Dsg and Launch control, after released the brakes, car don't run
Post by: Khendal on July 11, 2018, 03:22:37 AM
Hello, does anyone of you have found this problem in a med9.1 dsg car?

For example:

- Setted launch in dsg 5500rpm
- Added LC code in ecu 5500rpm
- Car Launch work at 5500rpm
- Release the brake
- Car don't start the run...

What should be the problem? i ear something about a dsg setting... is there something else to do?

Regards

First of all you have to tell us what lc code you are using and what is it doing.

Next thing is to raise the lc from the dsg higher then your code 600+ rpm.

So why do you run your lc at 5500? if your lc works good 4000 to 4500 would be perfect even for glue with any kind of turbocharger.

the reason that your car is not moving is the dsg....

i usually use 300-400rpm lower for LC in engine ecu than the tcu  and the car starts perfect ...But it needs some testing....
