Title: hello 2002 bug runs only in limp mode Post by: ccadmansaag@yahoo.com on February 26, 2019, 10:05:07 AM attempting to get a 2002 bug on the road. 2.2 5 sp had exhaust ripped off from cat back a shredded the oil pan. pan is replaced and i have "for testing purposes" replaced the cat with a straight pipe and welded in a fitting to hold the post cat o2 sensor. the old sensor was ripped completely off leaving wires dangling. the thing starts and runs in limp mode. bought a cable on ebay and attempting the software setup.
