Your friend can literally use an 032HS file that is on this site to learn how to find the definitions he needs, it's very simple. Either way, I'll give you a sample of what I have (Mine is complete, but this one has what you need to give yourself a good stage 1/2).
Note : The Axis' are probably all wrong, but the tables are correct, your friend can start by correcting those first.
