i made kat off, rear lambda off, stage 1 tune ( kfmirl, kfmiop, ldrnx) but i am asking 170 load im maps and with test drive i have only 145 load and 1900mbar boost. can somebody hint me what can limit me? thanks!! I made KFMIOP and KFMIRL in ME 7 tunner wizard... seems to be bad calculated? thanks! ME7Tuner wizard only provides rough approx, or you didnt set up KFMIRL properly anyway. torque intervention in low load comes max allowable torque from that pedal pos, (60>% ), log them value and report back. Its max pressure ratio based on RPM and IAT axes. LDRXN is a load limiter. Load in me7 is a defined thing , so it takes iat, vvt and other stuff into account. HBN doesnt. You need to understand basic turbocharging principles. You need to look up a compressor map for the KO3. Supposed to taper the ko3 towards high rpm because else you gonna run off the map or be in very bad efficiency islands. There are some ecus which behaves like this and AWT is surely one of them. |
