Title: write the 93cs56 Post by: disi77 on September 03, 2019, 01:16:57 AM hi i have here a 93cs56. On the Chip is write: cs566. I classified as ST93cs56 an i can read. But i cant write. Any One know how i can write on the EEprom? I use Galep 4 and Carprog

Check protection flags Two flag bits are used to indicate the Protection Register status: – Protection Flag: this is used to enable/disable protection of the write-protected area of the M93Sx6 memory – OTP bit: when set, this disables access to the Protection Register, and thus prevents any further modifications to the value in the Protection Register. i found a option in my Galep but i think the eeprom is dead.... i cant write.... i can erase its all FF, the i open my backup, in Options from Galep i set Protection Register FF. Tehn i Writ but he dont write... Verify Error |
