Why do you wanna use a usdm file on a euro car? I mean they have the same maf injectors and turbo so it should be a straight cross flash.

looked threw the file a bit but couldnt find a tuner tag. file looks half way decent, calibrations in general look decent i went ahead and ported the calibrations for tt225 injectors, numbed boost control for a starting point with a k04-001 im assuming you plan on using? Set fuel consumption display map to  the proper value and upped the allowable airflow before signal too high diagnostics is triggered for the maf.  this file is by no means a finished tune for your setup but it will at least get you running and driving with the setup you wanna run

Thanks for your help Marty

So I can just take the stage 2 tune and install it on any similar 1.8t with the same setup, I calibrate the tune and I'm trying to Learn to make a good tune

To determine if you can cross flash, you have to determine if the ECUs are similar enough. First look at the bootrom as displayed when using ME7Check. If they are the same then it may work, otherwise it won't. Both the AUQ and AWP use 5.12 bootrom so you are fine there.

Next you have to determine if the ECUs are in the same 'family' (meaning same architecture). Here is a link to a post on that:

As you can see, both the Seat Cupra and VW Golf that use the files you are referring to in your post are both VAG100. That means they will cross flash no problem. The ECUs are the same for all intents and purposes. The further ECUs are in 'family' number, the less likely they will cross flash FYI...

Happy to help. Your 8N0 will cross flash with all the ECUs in that same family:

8N0906018L S0003
8N0906018H S0004
8N0906018AH S0004
8N0906018J S0003
8N0906018AG S0003
8N0906018BH S0001
8N0906018BJ S0001
1ML906032 S0001
06A906032BJ S0002
1ML906032A S0001

As BlackT points out, you may get lucky with ones that are in "families" that are close. That would take experimentation though. Have a bench rig and the ability to bootmode before you try that!

No Fault errors?
1.8t A4 have map controlled thermostat which 1.8t passat probably does not.

Forget to mention I successfully flashed
4B0906018DC file on these ECUS:
8E0906018B
4B0906018R
They have all same bootloader version, I didn't even have to change epprom. Only full flash with nefmoto and free to go
