Title: Bolt down Coils (ARE) to Push down Coils(BEL)
Post by: streacy on January 13, 2021, 07:07:48 AM
Hi,

I have a 2002 2.7t allroad (ARE engine) and I am changing from bolts down coils (058 905 105) and removing ICM's to replace them with push down coils (06B 905 115 E).

I have seen the threads on 2.0T coils conversion and what values to change, is this the same with these coils (06B 905 115 E)?

Or am I better of using the values from an allroad BEL map? and also is there a list of maps that need changing? Thanks

I am going to answer my own post for others who wish to change from ICM's to push down coils.

I am going to use 4Z7907551R allroad bin and xdf which is available on here and change to values in the following maps from 551m to 551r:

KFTSRL
FSWTM
FSZTM
TSMXNL
TSMNSA
TSMX
KFSZT
FSWTM
FTSDRLW
KFSZDUB
FTSDRLW

Is there any other maps i should change? There is an extensive thread on 2.0tfsi coil values to use on ME7.1, can i use these values for stock 551R coils?

Also what value should i use for FTOMN as i have LC/NLS?

Any help much appreciated
