Audi A6 4B Allroad 2.5 TDI EDC15VM swap to 1.9 TDI EDC15P. ECU changed from 4Z7907401B_366613 to 038906019KD_366501. TCU original Allroad 4Z7927156H Now the problem, when i start the car there comes the DTC "P1841 Motor/Getriebesteuergerät Varianten passen nicht zusammen" in TCU and limp mode. When i flash the software of Passat 1.9 TDI 4 Motion 3B0927156S the car starts normal, but when i drive to the third gear there comes DTC P1744, P0733 and P0811. Now two ideas to solve the problem: - Copy the variant coding from edc15vm to edc15p or - Copy the ratio of the gears of the tcu from allroad the passat software I have a OLS300 connected to the tcu but i need a tool to correct the checks of the 5hp19 to try some tests. Thanky you for help. How did you read the gearbox flash? I'm trying to help someone with A4 B6 who retrofitted tiptronic from 2.5TDI BAU, gearbox TCU 8E0927156R. I know that the one with S from Passat should work, but maybe I can make the ECU of AVF to send the right messages to TCU and trick it that it's still 2.5. |
