Title: torque intervention can go timing to -11 degree?
Post by: vvt18 on November 30, 2022, 06:53:47 AM
Hi all.
Somebody can tell me if torque intervention can go timing to -11 degree?
I have a load actual over specified and request load but boost is under boost desire. I know i must rectify this but the timing foes down very very much. I have in KFZW/2 at that cell a 12 degree but it goes to -10!
Is it a torque intervention or a hardware problem?
mifa , mrfa, misol are all ok
Thanks

log B_mibeg to see if tq interv is active

Thanks Rogerius.
MIBEG is active (=1) in that area. but so much timing cut -10 degree?

Jesus Christ man.

So any reason you didnt post the log, just the screenshots? You say torque values are okay but I wanna see it myself, how can I do that, without logs, ffs.

If this is a WOT run then you shouldnt have any torque intervention except from extremely poorly tuned IRL and IOP anything but its all guessing till you post the log..

You know the rules. Please stop ignoring them. You're already on thin ice as it is

I attached the log.

Yes, your IOP and IRL are not correct, or your MAF scaling is way off.

ps_w looks reasonable. Something else in your ps -> load path is messed up, or torque request vs load request vs actual load (IRL/IOP)

Thanks for answers.
So much timing CUT -10degree at torque intervention?
Other thing witch looks strange for me is lambda control witch goes down , 0.75. LTFT is -1.6 and STFT works between -10 and +10. I will try to work with FKKVS because i don;t understood yet how must i adjust  KFKHFM. Can use the same procedure like FKKVS?
MLHFM are scaled exactly like S4 with case 83mm.
I will touch IRL and IOP again and URL , because i saw a big difference between maf and maf at throttle.
I touched WDKUGDN , rised with 10% after 2500rpm few days ago , but i don't think  problem is from there.
I will rise URL!

Sure, keep changing 10 variables at the same time then coming back here to ask wtf could be wrong.

Was there ONE question there or 15?

You populate the topic with nothing , like all your answers from this forum. I think you had a lot of time to do nothing!

Yes, do the opposite of what you are doing.

Return as much as possible back to stock immediately. Change one thing at a time.

Make sure your IOP/IRL make sense.

Long story short: if your lde is near zero, you should never see actual load/torque be over requested load/torque

Didnt even log mimax, mibas or any other neccessary torque values. Unless I missed them.
Also for now disable ARMD completely, it likes to fuck about even with DARO and etc set on WOT.

Thanks Blazius.
Thanks Nyet.
I will add mibas and mimax. I had them few days ago in log config but....maybe i loaded wrong config without them.
I will try to disable antijud.
Other thing , i  think is not from my dsg this timing cut, because i rised torque to 550nm in dsg file. I don't think i have more than 500 on my car and the clutch not slip in dsg.

oh god it's a dsg?

could easily be that.

Hmmmm.
I saw timing cut  before only when gears are changed not in the full throttle in a manual mode.

I saw in golf5 2.0 with dsg , kfzwmn is lower in some point and huge on the finish of rpm
For 1.8t with dsg do you think must be touch? I have -12 degree when gears chganged!
