Take file with code and write it to the ecu and then read it back out. If it doesn't match bit for bit, then your tool is not doing a full write. If you are using ktaf that's your problem. Factory support says " don't modify outside calibration and you won't have a problem". So they are not going to fix it. Other tools will do full flash.
