Guys.

If you're running uprated bits on this car including the 3" maf, then run the 018cb 225 TT file.. Code out the egt, and there's a fully defined damos on here..

@madswp thanks for you big help!

my audi TT 1.8T 180hp AJQ engine is Narrowband , dbw and non vvt..it had a 018A ecu which zapped...and the 8n0906018S didnt support the 018A flash...so i flashed the 8L0906018J..which is also AJQ 180hp engine is Narrowband , dbw and non vvt..:)

@madswp  i think KFZWOP and KFZWOP 2  are wrong..or maybe only the x axis?

I'll check kfzwop later today to see if they are wrong. What do you need the kfzwop/2 maps for?

i believe these are the axis for kfzwop/2 =

y -> 1009c
x-> 13438

Edit , swapped x and y

KFZWOP axis:

x:13454 (i think is wrong)
y:100BE

KFZWOP 2 axis:

x -> 1009c  ( i think is wrong)
y-> 100BE

THE Y axis should be the same and are 100BE..

the X axis for both seem ODD...

Use the apx file 018AE.
There is a full damos for it and it will cross flash. Just disable sai over eskonf and have fun :)
You need to rework the file for a stock engine, don't run it without modification. But for k04 or higher power setup it is a great base!
I added the bin and my map pack for the APX, it includes ESKONF location.

I told you:
You need to rework the file for a stock engine, don't run it without modification.
Bootmode your ecu, put on the stock file. Then go and rework the apx file to match your engine hardware.
I don't know why your ecu doesn't boot anymore, did the flash go wrong? I have used this file on the exact same ecu without problems. But never without modification! It would be undriveable...

No problem  :)
You can start by gathering information about the hardware specs both engines have (ajq vs apx). Obviously the turbo and injectors, but also think about the maf, intake, sai and even the gearbox. Then adjust the corresponding maps to suit your hardware. I could list you some maps, but you'll learn more about it if you go and investigate yourself. (Read a lot on the forum and s4wiki) Besides that I don't want to put you in the wrong direction with my limited knowledge. Scrolling through the maps from the map pack you might get an idea how much calibration work there actually is.
That said, I think you can get away with modifying about 20 maps to get it running somewhat acceptable on your car.
Good luck! ;)

i have tried ecm earlier but its nothing, there is just 8maps and i will never learn something. i want to know why i change something. but some maps what must to be changed will be nice just to know how to begin. i think i know what is the difference between apx and ajq, but how to make it optimal for a smaller maf and a smaller turbo is not too easy(for me). soo some help will be great:)

i had read s4wiki many times to understand what and why. my first problem is how to disable sai in eskonf.

I'll give you this one, I suggest you read back in the fr and s4wiki to understand it:
****
Open http://s4wiki.com/wiki/Tuning and scroll to the eskonf part or open FR and look in DEKON for sauger längseinbau und turbo.
My ESKONF is currently FF FF 00 C0 FF F8 33
0-FF = 11 11 11 11
1-FF = 11 11 11 11
2-00 = 00 00 00 00
3-C0 = 11 00 00 00
4-FF = 11 11 11 11
5-F8 = 11 11 10 00
6-33 = 00 11 00 11
I will now adjust it to match my setup:
3-C3 = 11 00 00 11 (n80 delete)
5-FB = 11 11 10 11 (SAI)
6-3F = 00 11 11 11 (SAI)
So final ESKONF will be FF FF 00 C3 FF FB 3F

okay, i understand eskonf. but!:) i loaded the file what you sended and there is this eskonf i think something wrong.
0   1  2    3   4   5  6
-1 -1 00 -64 -1 -8 51

0,1,2,3,4,5,6 is ok these are my bytes but -1? -64? -8? 51?:D

if i understand right in your car there is no ignition coil.

Dont open the map, but work in the hexdump. In winols alt+click will get you there.
The map is not defined, its just there to find the location  :P

yeah, finally i founded how to:) i think i know what to change for my engine. if its not really okay will be damaged something or just dont start or idle unstable no power or something like this?

i putted my original file to winols then your file, if i save so then winols will correct the checksum right?

I flashed your bin to my spare ecu that normally contains the apx file, and it boots just fine ??? so it is at least backwards compatible. It doesnt verify the memory layout, but just flash it as 400BB.

Hmm:) can you check pleAse the apx file what i uploaded is the checksum ok? I dont really unterstand why it didnt start anymore. Maybe i didnt change enough maps for my car but then just will be no power or something like this, but its every time bricked and cant be flashed again, and i must to boot mode. I flash it with galetto v54, is it better if i flash it in boot mode?

I flash it without bootmode with nefmoto flasher. Works okay. Your checksums are good. Your krkte is wrong for ajq injectors, should be something like 0.1024 (317cc)
Your mlhfm is wrong too, at 1v it should be 200 (standard offset)
Even if you can start the car on this flash, it would run very bad or trigger the fault lamp.

I found my ajq injector 266-314ccm have this in original. If the car run very bad then i know i did something wrong then i start to look and change, but it just didnt start:) i tried maybe the map is sooo wrong at thats why didnt start but if i flash the apx file to ecu then it dont answer to diagnostic interface as well, and cant write the ori file again.

And to make life easier I have made a mappack .kp and exported the hex to binary.
please verify with your own bin to be sure  :)

me7check v1.08 (c) mki, 06/2004-04/2011
Checking file 8l0906018j.bin (size=524288)
Reading Version Strings...
-> Bootrom Version = 05.12
-> EPK = 42/1/ME7.5/5/4019.01//F21e3/Dst05o/180200/
-> Contents of ECUID data table:
   - '0261206440'         (SSECUHN)
   - '1037354509'         (SSECUSN)
   - '8L0906018J  '       (VAG part number)
   - '0005'               (VAG sw number)
   - '1.8L R4/5VT     '   (engine id)
-> Contents of ECUID data table:
   - 'HW_MAN004'

-> No errors found. File is OK.   *********************

Looks like you're super lucky and I found your matching bin  ;)

i dont really know in these maps where is less number is more fuel and where is more number is more fuel:)
ok if lambda is less then is richer. s4wiki tell just kflf is not lambda and higher numbers are richer, but what about KFKHFM? maybe better idea to give more fuel?

You can add fuel with lamfa, fkkvs or kflbts or whatever you prefer. There are multiple ways.
I would leave the maf maps to calibrate the maf, not fuel.

i have tried to check the flash then write, it said
Validating flash memory starts at 0x00800000 and ends at 0x00880000.
End address is not the end of flash memory.
Writing ECU flash memory failed.
100% complete.
Restoring Windows sleep mode.
Disconnecting...
Disconnected
if i check the original file with nefmoto flasher its ok, but if i check my earlier program which working fine on my car now then said the end address is not the end of flash memory, but its working:) the same error like my new bin file what i tried to upload.

somebody know the right map for lamfa?

Lamfa looks correct in these files (despite the 1.9's). Try lowering the bottom row @ wot and log/wideband, it responds correctly. I've asked in a couple other threads why Lamfa looked like this (seems to be the 400 narrowband files) as opposed to the way they look in most other files, and never got a response. I tried/logged it, and it works as intended for me.

No, you need a wideband ecu and new parts of wiring loom. You can also buy a standalone wideband controller and sensor like AEM or Innovate LC2.

hy
when you have some time, can you please check my file?
there is some changes from earlier what made a tuner, then i tried like you said to change the maf maps not just add more fuel. Its works fine, the car is more stronger then before, i take loggs as well and then i found it, i cant go above 0.9bar turbopressure. S4wiki tell me many options what if the boost not follow the desired boost, but i cant find it. how i know for a k03 turbo 0.9bar is not too much i think i can go above without problems.
thanks:)
