Hi Team,

I'm working on 06A906032HN_ME7.5 ECU. And i a have strange issue.

When i start the engine everything looks perfect but when lambda correction activated A/F ratio going to unstable state. Please find the attachment for logging.

Does anyone have any idea? What may cause that ?

Thank you

Regards,

Would try to change the tvub according to this:

Your KRKTE looks wrong too

KRKTE * FLOW = CHEATNUMBER
0,10301 * 317cc = 32,65417

CHEATNUMBER / new FLOW = new KRKTE
32,65417 / 550cc = 0,05937

Are S3 and stock MAF housings of different diameter? If yes, did you rescale your MLHFM?
If it's larger and you didn't rescale the MAF - you should do that.

i didn't change the sensor

You changed the housing though, which means that it's calibration is no longer valid (IF the diameter is different ofc).
It's in the wiki: http://s4wiki.com/wiki/Mass_air_flow#MAF_housing_diameter

Hi Mate

I changed housing with stock one, and change all maf maps to stock. But result is same. Does any mechanical problem cause this symptom ?
