flashed bad file

Please Please Please help. SO I have fallowed everything EXACTLY. I flashed with the v7 file. My car will not start and I can not get nefmoto to connect anymore to try to flash it back to the stock file. What do I do??

What file? What car; did you cross-flash? Bootmode for sure though.
