Hi there,

Im just wondering what I need to do to read & write flash. I can connect, but when I go to kw2000 flashing tab, there is read and write in grey ( both fast and slow, can't press on button) is it something wrong with my cable or my computer? I have xp. Thanks for help

you mean press connect first? yes I did it all went good and I was connected but read write was still grey

You absolutely need to select a file to write to your ecu also make sure you have the correct memory layout. I also would strongly recommend reading Nyet links and more information on this site before attempting to do either.

He's not writing a file.  You don't need to specify a file to read.  There's a connect button top right, click that.

Ok now I see I select file and memory and connected now I can press read. But before I do it what memory layout is audi a3 8l 110km asv?

yes, 81kw. I tested all and none of them working its connecting in dump mode and then stuck on reading... after 2-3 min I canceled it and try different memory layout without success. I have 2 cable vag kkl (not working) and vag-k+can(working)
