It is an SIMOS18 afaik only CMD state that can read real files... KESS, X17 and other make Virtual reading (If they dont´have the original file in backup it will not read).
No tool reads this ECU. Everything is virtual read. CMD included. And in fact CMD gives you only cal area to work with.
Also whether it is SIMOS18 or not depends on what engine he has. Which he didn't state.
To the OP - FORGET IT. You are not going to do this.
