A MAF won't max out with no boost at all. Why did you fit a GT30 if you don't want power?

I didn't fit the turbo was like that but I can't get high power yet because the engine has standard internals.
my problem for now is that I have rich mixture without boost.

You didn't mention what KRKTE you are using.

Then you have a hw problem, not a tuning problem.
