I have installed a late model 6 speed into an 02 Jetta 1.8T which leaves me without a VSS in the trans. Has anyone had any luck changing the IP software to force it to get speed from the ABS module instead of trying to get it from the VSS? I guess I can simulate it, but that could be a pain...

the trigger wheel is still on the differential in the 02q ive drilled a hole in the case for the 02m speed sensor before it works fine
