Does open loop and closed loop use different maps?
« on: December 17, 2023, 08:21:43 PM »
My car 4B0906018CA ME7.5.5 is tuned to have 1 bar boost.
The highest load is tuned to 170. When car is cold everything works fine, KFMIRL KFMIOP KFZWOP works all as stated. But once the car is fully warmed up( after minutes of driving, the cat is warmed, coolant is 90 degree.), it seems like the car uses stock KFMIOP then. The highest load will be around 145. And the stock KFMIOP highest load is 145.
I tried to remove the MAF sensor, then the car runs all good, doesn’t matter how long I drive, the highest load is always 170.
Could someone tell?
