So i finally got my winols loaded on my home pc, and tried opening this file: http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=1272.0title= "Tweaked MKIV 180HP 06A906032HN Tune"  By gonzo. I was trying to use the kp file from: http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=574.0title= "06A906032HN Definition File" by ArgDub.

Due to being a complete noob to winols, and up untill today i've only really read about tuning trying to understand what everyone was talking about and how the maps work. I tried to pull up the LAMFA table, and it looks nothing like what it should be. Im going to close out the program and see if i possibly loaded the it oddly.

I was wondering if there was a place that gave a good break down of how to load which type of file. If i don't get something that looks right i will post a screen shot.

I would like to help but I'm not 100% sure what your asking? I like to find posted damos files, and compare in 2d mode with whatever file I'm looking at. Find the pattern. It could be way before or way after the exact address. But that's a good start. I try to open a few damos, as not all are 100% correct.

You didn't read through either of those threads then because the answer is brought up on multiple replies over multiple pages Wink

Lips sealed reviewing now! I thought it was a mistake on my part when it came to actual software use.

Just keep playing with WinOLS, you'll get the hang of it. I'm not a pro, but the more I play with the program the better I get.
