Audi S3 APY - Problem with Boost Request
« on: September 04, 2018, 01:37:47 PM »
The car is Audi S3 ECU 8L0906018K 352377
Turbo T3/T4
injectors Siemens Deka 630cc , 4bar FPR ,stock MAF
The problem is that when you go WOT in higher gear than 4th , the boost request stays at 1800-2000 from 3000 to 4500 and then goes to the desired by me 2500mbar . If you go WOT from second or third ,
no problem with boost request . I will attach a graph for easier understanding , did not make logs because I though , I will figure this myself , how saucy heh .
I checked :
Torque request - 100%
Requested load - stays at diagnostic limiter of 191%
Requested load before corrections - stays at diagnostic limiter of 191%
Coolant temp - 90-92 C
IAT < 50 C
Ignition retard - none or 1.5 deg
AFR stays as tuned around 12:1
Then opened a damos and searched through "LDRLMX: 3.20 calculation LDR maximum filling rlmax"
Disabled all corrections (set them to 1) - nope ,they correct requested load not boost
Disabled KFLDHBN(set it to 4 bar) - the problem isn't there
LDPBN - set to 2550 from stock
I attach the graph , ori , and the latest .ols
Would be happy if someone could give me a push . Thank you beforehand .
