Hi everyone this will be my first post, my name is brandon i've been following the community stage 1. Ive noticed my egts are kinda up there. I have tried lowering TABGBTS back to stock with no results. I noticed leroy in the community stage 1 thread had egts 950 +. The first file is with stock tabgbts threshold.  2nd is with threshold set to 1020. Third is a slightly different file with threshold set at 1050 currently I am not running this file. And the last one is a short 2-4k or 5k run 2nd gear stock. All I could do at the time. So really I guess overall I am just wondering if there is anything I can do or is it okay. Any information is greatly appreciated, bad or good, I just don't want to replace my turbo at the moment lol Wink Oh it is a 1.8t stock, short ram, and it is summer here and has been pretty hot even at night. Figured maybe that could be a factor? Thanks !

Alright so here are the new logs. First two files is the modified file with stock tabgbts. The 3rd and 4th file are the modified file with threshold set to 1050 which is how it is in the community project. 5th file is the factory stock file. Every file are 3rd gear pulls except the file named "4B0906018DNstage110502"which is a 2nd gear pull. I noticed this time even the stock file climbed to 960c. TABGBTS set to 1050 it hit about 1020c  Undecided Undecided .Maybe I'm worried about nothing. Just wanna make sure before I move on. The 1050 log was logged last by the way. Stock was 2nd. Modified file with stock tabgbts 1st.

I assume by lower you mean enrich the mix? Just wanna make sure. i am also under the assumption now that its normal for the egts to reach 925c+ temps even stock?

Running 93 even with the stock file... min 91  Undecided I just filled it up yesterday so thats gonna take a little a while to drain. So far as the modified file I'm thinking about going back to stock lamfa and timing, fuel via kflbts, make small timing adjustments where needed/wanted. Would this be a good route? Probably wont flash until i get logs with different gas stock.

I'd figure out why there is so much knock detection on stock file, most stock files pull little to no timing even on 91...
none on 93.

Will do and yeah its odd... kinda concerned. It's sunoco gas btw. I always thought sunoco had decent gas... not jumping to conclusions but gonna start with the simplest.
