Hello!
I have to make some TFSI with big  turbo, big injectors, exhaust, intercooler and so on... and for sure i have to flash several times until i have a good remap.
Unfortuantely there is no emulator for me9, whats the fastest way to flash these ecu's?

BDM can write it in about 2 min .

get an extra ecu and solder headers on bdm pads, cut a hole in the case and make a ribbon cable connector, you can flash real quick with a bdm this way.  This is how i do it.  you can clone original ecu with bdm before starting.

do you know if i can use every 2.0L tfsi ecu (in my case med9.1) to clone? or do i need exactly the same ecu with same number?

well with med9.1 i found two difference ecu "structures" the early ones have a different file structure than the later ones. early ones were the 1k090715 and 1k0907115b, then there are the later ones 1k0907115H that has a ton of copy's of the maps for different profiles.  I am NOT SURE if you can substitute ECU's, i am lucky enough to buy whatever i need local as there is a very good VW/Audi wrecker close. 

I would say stay close to what you have to be safe.

clone ecu and you are good.  If you need anything else LMK

my original ECU was a H revision. unfortunately, it crapped out on me due to an electrical issue. it was cloned to another H and now the car is operational. i purchased a spare B revision just to see if i could clone and run a B in my car. it seems to be working just fine.
