I inserted my oem bin file plus the one I've been trying to flash to my 02 s4. I ran it through me7sum and it passed. then when I try me7check it fails. Tried flashing to my car and no luck. Can someone help me figure out why this is happening. I was told by previous owner that the car might have a apr flash on it but when I read ecu info I didnt see anything

me7check shows me its checksums are ok.
Are you still able to start the engine and connect to your ECU using VCDS for example
If not, i think your ECU is bricked and has to be revived using bootmode.

No cars fine and still starts up normal. no issues there. I just cant write to the ecu. I can pull the file too no problem. The first time I tried to read ecu info I was able too. Then when I tried yesterday it wouldn't come up..?

From what I've read here I should be able to flash a mbox onto the current tbox but thats not happening either. That is why I tried downloading the stock bin file and modifying that to go back on the car. Could it be a voltage issue?

does it fail when you flash or does it not do anything at all
