Hi all,

Working on swapping a stock APX engine into a Golf IV GTI.
I would like to make the conversion to a wideband ECU while being at it.
Bought a BAM ecu for this purpose: 8N0906018H, the original APX ecu is a 8N0906018AE.
The conversions to the loom have been made.
Now working on getting the file of the BAM ecu sorted for the APX engine.

Reading this post I made the following changes:

CLAATR2 → Set to 0
ESKONF → Disabled rear O2, SAI pump, and VVT → AA FF 00 F0 FF FB 3F
KFKHFM → Copied over
MLHFM → Copied over
TVUB → Same as APX
CATR → Set to 0 (no cat) → correct?
TABGSS - Not in APX and BAM xdf
KFZWOP → Copied over
KFZWOP2 → Copied over
KFZW → Copied over
KFZW2 → Copied over
CLAHSH → Set to 0, same as APX
CLAHSHE → Set to 0, same as APX
CLALSH → Not in BAM xdf
CDHSH → Set to 0, same as APX
CDHSHE → Set to 0, same as APX
CWDLSAHK → Set to 0, not in APX xdf
CATR → At 0 in BAM, not in APX xdf
CLRSHK → Set to 0, not in APX xdf
CLRSKA → Set to 0, not in APX xdf
CDATR → Set to 0, same as APX
CDATS → Set to 0, same as APX
CDHSH → Already at 0, same as APX
CDHSHE → Already at 0, same as APX
CDKAT → Set to 0, same as APX
CDLASH → Set to 0, same as APX
CDLSH → Set to 0, same as APX
CDLSV → Not in BAM xdf, 1 in APX
CDNWS → Set to 0, same as APX
CWKONABG → Set to 0, 5 in APX
CWKONLS → Set to 0, 1 in APX
KRKTE → BAM: 0.08347, APX: 0.0832, left as is
KBV → Not in APX and BAM xdf
APX KFZW → Copied to BAM KFZW & KFZW2
APX KFZWOP → Copied to BAM KFZWOP & KFZWOP2

The post also mentions copying the BGSRM maps:

KFURL → table axis size does not match
KFPRG → table axis size does not match
KFPBRK → Not in APX and BAM xdf
KFPBRKNW → Not in APX and BAM xdf

Does this seem correct?
Any guidance on the parameters that where not present in the BAM and/or APX definition file?
I attached a screenshot of the KFURL tables for both the BAM and APX file.
What is the process of copying these over?
The files and definition files I used are also in the attachment.

Thanks in advance and kind regards,
Nick
