TT 225 HP ME7 NARROWBAND

do you know if the ecu read the LAMBDA sensor at full load?
I run AFR 14.00 2000rpm to 6800rpm.I do nkt know if problem is the sensor or other?
* I measured o dyno with external wideband
in VCDS LOG
