anyone please lol...

Mono lambda isn't a program, it's modification of the ecu and one of many things to do for a VR6/R32 turbo tune, pretty much one of the hardest things to learn. Therefore you need to learn both the ME7.1.1. system and more detailed coding aspects which in and of itself can take years..... therefore no one is going to offer it for free!

You can track down a few things to help get you going and although it is somewhat different to either just ME7 or ME(D)9 you need to look at both to figure it out correctly.

So, this is the basics to learn first;
https://s4wiki.com/wiki/Tuning

Followed by making a definition file in either winols (not demo) or Tunerpro if you're not au fait with coding;
http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=14575.0title=

Or pretty much all the detailed tuning pdf's can be found in here if you've made enough posts or been on the site long enough if there are any off limit aspects;
http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?board=53.0

(SY_TURBO) should help you know where to start looking in them,

But you'll need full reads really so use something like k-Tag and get a full read or use this one and check any variances between locations of functions/ecu/mcu set ups if any; not sure on the free stuff on here, better with early 167 stuff like these though,
http://nefariousmotorsports.com/forum/index.php?topic=17018.0title=

Then you'll want to look into the set ups of the ecu;
http://www.keil.com/dd/docs/datashts/infineon/c167cr_um.pdf

http://www.keil.com/dd/docs/datashts/infineon/c167cr_ds.pdf

https://www.vr6oc.com/forum/forums/topic/50650-dual-o2-sensors-to-single-how/?tab=comments#comment-460387

You'll want to look into IDA and Keil for that kind of stuff and then when you know all that you should be able to do a spot on turbo tune!

So for that reason, that's why you get lol's, you either need to learn these things off a DIY site like this or alternatively put a request in the "Services" requests area but expect to pay for such work!

P.S. It's ME7.1.1. not ME7.1, this can be confused with the S4 stuff so use that as there are variances there too, links to basics here:

Different speed limiters as well I think plus one or two other things - although all V6 4 motions (aka VR6 24V in US) and all R32/3.2's are ME7.1.1., there's about half a dozen variations I've seen, there's the obvious set up differences like displacement of cylinder between 2.8's and 3.2's and torque limit's/the maths there within the code (also in some def files about), probes as mentioned, iinlet or dual vvt on the 2.8's, there's 3 variations of HFM maps, MLHFM, MSHFMU and both in some and of course the FSI evolutions alongside the C167 to ST10.
