Nobody uses lpg here it's a waste of time.

water/meth is extremely common for add on injection, toluene as a fuel additive is also extremely common as it is by far the best octane booster by volume.

alcohol and acetone are alsorans.

My post is for WMI, I am not planing to use metanol as primar fuel. Only 50:50 etanol and petrol. And aditional WMI to see how the engine behevier.
My friend drive a race car on 100% methanol,
Touline is hard to get these days.

It was not clear from your post that you are talking about WMI.

I thought you were going to try to put it in your fuel tank, which is a really shitty idea on a road car.

methanol is only poisonous if you drink it, I don't see how/why anyone would drink from the tank??
I've used it as the primary fuel in many RC aircraft engines(and it's not just me btw)

The thread is called DIY high octane fuel, and in your first post you say you want to make a high octane fuel....

LPG doesn't have colling efect, it is good for cheap drive, but not for tuning.

IS the E50 hamrful for fuel pump, lines injectors?

Also I think I found methanol, that system make a huge interest on me, and now I will try to build something by my own

Sorry for missunderstend, I didn't make myselft 100%
From this point my plan is to run on E50
And aditional WMI, that sistem I will build by my own. That wmi made a huge interest on me.

My friend told me, when he run on alcholo, all ruber hoses gets hard, and need to be changed every year

replace rubber with silicon hoses

Bullshit... live in Brazil... all imported cars came here without any change in hoses and we have  E27 long time ago.

Even cars I convert to E100 dont have this issue...

It seemed like OP was diy high octane main fuel. Anyway for injection, just use toluene, hell buy it from here 25L costs 38 euros, and you wont have knock for sure. Or if you dont want , just acetone, as long as you dont use any rubber in the system.

My closest local station just upgraded the 98 octane to  100 RON E10 yesterday, Im quite damn happy, I just bought a can of it. Its costs the same as previous and the same as 95 octane on weekends Smiley Normal price is 1.31 euro / L currently.

Meth is fine for injection, i'd only use toluene to mix with main fuel.

That is not true, methanol vapors and methanol exhaust is very toxic.
When you tune a car with methanol as primary fuel on the dyno it is a very very good idea to wear a gas mask.

Do you have a source on that?

This wiki says "While methanol offers somewhat different toxicity exposure pathways, the effective toxicity is no worse than those of benzene or gasoline, and methanol poisoning is far easier to treat successfully. "

Nitromethane you need a gasmask, that stuff is nasty... I can only be around top fuel card for a little bit before my eyes are burning and it's hard to breathe.

Bringing this back...

I can not get Toluene, but can get acetone and isopropanol.

Acetone is bad for plastics/rubbers and toxic.

What about isopropanol? It is similar to ethanol..
