Hello,
I am new here and not sure if this is the right forum but here goes.
I have acquired a 2003 gti 24v that has a VF engineering supercharger kit stage 2
The problem is the ecu keeps going offline and the car won't start.
I bought the car with an unresponsive ecu / no comm with vag com no start.
Got another ecu an had the immo & giac program cloned to the new ecu and it started fine and ran for a few days then back to no start/no comm
I have since put a stock ecu with immo off and the car is starting and driving (slowly) fine.
The engine throws no codes
To wrap this up , I need someone to look at my ecu with the stage 2 flash and see if it can be fixed or recommendations for a new flash for a 2003 gti 24v stage 2 VF engineering .
I am a fairly good mechanic but delving into the ecu is above my pay grade(for now anyway)
Any advice , guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Steve
