MOTRONIC ME7.1.1G | 022906032EG what memory layout to use

What memory layout does this ecu use? I looked through the supported ECU's last nigh for nefmoto, and this ecu was not on it. Does that mean that nefmoto will not work for me? If so, how should I pull the .bin from my ecu?
I found an oem .bin on here, so I know it's possible to pull them. If it's any help, the OEM file size is 1mb (1024 kb).

C167 layout, early ones work with nef, later st10 don't. If not; mpps v18, galletto, k-tag
