Golf 5 1.6 8V Simos 7.1 problem after Gearbox change

I need help with Golf 5 Simos 7.1
I have change the Gearbox, now the ratio is in 1-3 gear not like the old gearbox.
Ecu cut ignition and limit Torque. I have only this gearbox.
Someone can remove this Limter in the Ecu ?
