A6 2.7T ecu file swap

Hello, my current ecu file is a automatic 2.7t, and has no defined maps. Im swapping the 2.7t into a 3.0 a4 b6 which is a 01e 6speed. I was wondering if i can flash this 551m file instead of the 551e, without any issues ?
