Hello,

I'm new to ECUs and all OBD related stuff, so sorry if my question is incrorrect in some way.
So, my problem is that I need to communicate with a groups of ECUs connected together and then connect all of them to PC to be able to send requests and receive multiple messages and communicate with each separate module. For the moment I have two ECUs: 1st is VAG ME7 ECU (don't know actual ID for the moment) and 2nd is DSG (02E300042M GSG DSG 070 02E927770AE C30 0001). My questions are:
 1. Can I connect them at all?
 2. If so, what kind of wires should I use and what is the connection scheme?
 3. Where can I read more about this? Google search does not show much meaningful info.

Thanks in advance.

To connect them together you need to connect the K-line and CAN bus wires. You can probably get away with only connecting the k-lines. You will only be able to talk to one device at a time though.
