Hi all just a question . I have a 2003 VW Touareg V8 with two maf sensors  coming from the throttle body into two intake pipes. Is it possible to delete one maf and run on one maf as it's measuring air from the same place as the othe other one ?

You have clearly no idea how these engine managments work, no its not possible and measuring from the same "area" has nothing to do with it

Not sure how to read this. I'm not sure if your insulting me or it's just your wording

But any how I understand this is a forum for people who want to learn or have knowledge that want to help people.
It's not like I'm asking you to do it for me,or tune a car

Communication like this is what let's a forum down.
I had this problem once before with a member being off

I've not asked or spoke in a wrong manner

Ask stupid questions, get stupid answers.

Before posting you could have read the SSP about the VAG 4.2 TDI engine, and you would have realized that your question is idiotic.

Do you even realize your engine has 2 turbos?

Why than you didn't give full info of car and ECU number in first post, and spare time to other memebers looking in their cristal ball to guess what you have in car?
Serious, I don't want to be mean but is that too hard?

You realize that Touaregs were also fitted with a 4.2 V8 TDI right? OK maybe from end of 2004 not 2003, but fuck me, are we supposed to be clairvoyants or something?

Buy a new MAF, it costs less than a tank of gas, end of story.
