DSG is not mine thing - only out of curiosity:
What i have so far is ECU capable feed TQ up to 500NM(hardcoded limiter) - on TCU side max i can have is 14,7 bar with 1500mA on clutch selenoid for 450nm(suspect deducted tq losses) Any way to overcome it having in mind ecu has ceiling 500nm?

You already asked about it.
Clutch torque is limited to 500, you need a mod similar to 5120 for that.
Only other options are:
a) Fuck the adaptations
b) Get a DQ500
