Hey, I just picked up an '04 Audi A4 B6 1.8t Quattro

ECU: 8E0 909 018A, stock bin

I wanted to start playing around with the tuning on it before pulling the engine for a rebuild & upgrades but I'm hitting a wall with the XDF file.

I have some experience tuning on other platforms, and I've read the S4 Tuning Wiki. I understand that I need an XDF file in order to use TunerPro. I cannot find one, but I've read I can take the time to make my own. I can open the bin in WinOLS demo, but how do I know which addresses are what? Where can I find this information?

I've also read that some ECUs can be flashed with other bins, and I could flash a bin with a well defined XDF. How can I find what ECUs are compatible?

I'm not asking anyone to make an XDF for me, I just need to know what I need to start reading next, because I'm out of ideas on what I need to be searching for

Played around with WinOLS some more and it's showing "100+"potential maps" which looks promising; I just need to figure out what they correspond to so I can create and XDF in TunerPro.

If I remember correctly, if you search this forum well, you will find a ready-made full xdf and Samos for 1.8t.
Upload your original bin and if you still need it - I will look for something in my collections.
