Hello i have a question

I have a Car and someone tune it before... Now ECU Works but if i connect VehiCAL or VCDS or MMS and so on no of the Tool works on the ECU. Now i had a car from some years ago who also had a OBD2 Block

Where is this Located on the ED35 Data?

Can anyone give me a hint? I know its blocked becuse of all other ECU are responding if i asc for single Parameters. If i push on "Autodetect" the  Gateway is not responding :<.
