Is there any reason I shouldn't be able to use a BEL code wiring harness when I do my swap to maintain me7.1.1 wideband and use an rs4 file? I haven't seen anyone mention going this route and I think it's because M-box software was readily available commercially but I'm probably wrong.

It would seem possible that it would work out because the body harness is Me7.1.1 I'm gonna keep trying different combinations of words in the search bar and hope I see the light. If someone reads this and knows something I wont find until I'm at the bottom of the rabbit hole I would appreciate the assistance. lol

Looks like people didn't think it was a good idea to use an rs4 file. Still wonder if a BEL harness will work. If its not worth the effort I'm glad to stay with m-box and use wideband controllers.

BEL is not wideband, no 2.7T is.
