Hi,

when swapping an 07k 5cyl engine into an older car what todo with pin T121/49 and T121/65?

Both are connected to the orginal fuel pump relais (which will not be swapped over into the new car)

I guess its not only about killing the fuel pump. It will also cut the injectors (which seams to be the case in my nostart situation)

I am aware of the 07K Swaps facebook group. Can someone help me out with information what needs to be connected to the pins (ground, 12v, anything else) or point me to some build thread somewhere?

Its new to me and not very popular in europe. Maybe its the same on EU VR6 an VR6/R32, idk yet.

Thank you

Pin 62 is a +12V (30) main power

Pin 21 is a +12V (15) ignition ON
Pin 23 is a ground for ecu power relay
Pin 3 ia a +12V from ecu power relay
Pin 43 is K-line
Pin 39 is cluch switch
Pin 56 and 55 are brake switch

So 65 is an output to trigger the future simple fuel pump relais

What about 49, do i have to connect it to ground or +12 to tell the ecu i'm not crashed?

yes

what about pin30 and pin42 on these related to J207 - Relay for Startermotor Blocking
pin42 is an output to alow the startermotor to crank when clutch pedal signal is present in ecu?

I have no fuel, it is starting with break cleaner.
Its not the typical starting, running, shutting off after 2sec immo behaviour.

I just found info from my last swap which was a mk4/tt me7.1.1 where i didnt need a wire on the crash signal pin.

Its sent via CAN, but, the crank sensor is hall. You can use its output.
