unable to download 1.9.4.3 software

please be easy on me, first time even downloading anything related to tuning. I have no idea what I'm doing, but i want to learn. Anyway, i tried downloading the latest flasher and I'm having trouble. I get as far as the windows installer package. no app appears after the installation. can anyone help? Thanks!
