to delete the ; like it says to do in the file for logging? or is this just totally wrong Undecided

You need to re-read that. Again, and again. You must create an ECU file with the BIN, then create a CONFIG/TEMPLATE file with the bin, then edit the CONFIG/TEMPLATE file with notepad.
