here we are working with an 038906012gn alh file.
should be pretty easily patched to any file you like.
so we find this idle vs temp map:
edited this map. no go. idle still the same.
so we search the hex looking for more maps. "046e 0387"
and find this:
edit your idle speed and maybe the axis.
